This Sakai Takayuki Inox Yanagiba is a professional-grade Japanese kitchen knife designed for precise slicing of fish and sashimi. Measuring 345 mm overall with a 210 mm single-edged blade, it features a 3 mm spine for stability and weighs approximately 120 g for excellent balance and control.

The blade is crafted from stainless molybdenum steel known as Gin San, offering outstanding sharpness, strong corrosion resistance, and easy sharpening on whetstones thanks to its optimal toughness and bite. The handle combines natural buffalo horn ferrule and magnolia wood, giving a secure, comfortable grip and a classic Japanese aesthetic. Please note: due to the use of natural buffalo horn, the color may vary from white to brown to black.
