The outer surface of the inner pot is coated with ceramic. This ceramic material coating keeps the inside of the kettle at a high temperature, enhancing the sweetness of the rice. The rice cooker features a far-infrared 3-layer ceramic coated inner pot and powerful IH with high firepower. It has a setting that cooks 1 to 2 cups of rice in approximately 17 minutes (2 to 3 cups for JKT-F10W and approximately 20 minutes for JKT-F18W), allowing you to enjoy freshly cooked rice even on busy days.

The far-infrared ray effect and heat storage properties of the ceramic-coated inner pot, combined with the excellent heat conductivity of the multi-layered pot, efficiently transfer heat to the rice during the water absorption, heating, and steaming processes. This allows a small amount of rice to be cooked quickly. Cooking time varies depending on the type of rice, room temperature, and water temperature.

With this setting, once you put the ingredients in the rice cooker and select the time, you can simply wait for the rice cooker to cook the rice automatically without using the stove. After simmering at a near-boiling temperature, the heating temperature is slowly lowered to simmer slowly for a full-flavored taste. Cooking time can be set in 1-minute increments from 1 to 30 minutes, and in 5-minute increments from 30 to 180 minutes. The same rice cooker can be used for slow cooking or quick and easy cooking in less than 20 minutes. Use it to make rice on days when you don't cook rice or on weekends.
