This medicated whitening emulsion offers both whitening and anti-wrinkle efficacy, thanks to licorice-derived active ingredients that provide thorough blemish prevention and anti-wrinkle care. It leads to fresh, clear skin by preventing melanin production and roughness. The active ingredient, glycyrrhetinic acid stearyl SW, was approved for "whitening" and "roughness/irritation" for the first time in Japan.
Developed through 40 years of natural science research, ingredient research, and product commercialization technology, this product is a culmination of extensive research into Japanese herbal plant-derived ingredients based on the concept of Kampo (Chinese medicine). KOSÉ's original whitening and anti-aging active ingredients focus on two internal skin stagnation problems that impede transparency: melanin stagnation and skin irritation stagnation. The licorice-derived active ingredients prevent melanin production, spots, and freckles while also preventing roughness, leading to snowy, fresh, translucent skin.
The product utilizes bio-similar emulsion capsules made of high-pressure fine phospholipid emulsion, a proprietary technology. These capsules are small enough to be placed on the skin surface of the keratinocyte, allowing them to reach deep into the skin's stratum corneum and provide a high level of penetration unique to Seokuhada Sei.
With long-lasting moisturizing effects, this emulsion improves "moisturizing effect," "long-lasting moisturizing effect," and "skin translucency." The elastic base blends freshly into the skin upon application, ensuring that the surface of the skin is not sticky. Instead, every corner of the skin is filled with moisture, leading to soft and plump skin.

Directions for Use
Apply after toning the skin with lotion. Use 2-3 pumpfuls, apply to the palm of your hand or a cotton pad, and blend thoroughly into the skin.
