This Damascus kitchen knife pairs a high-hardness AUS10 stainless core with 45-layer cladding for superb cutting performance and durability. Overall size: approx 31 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm (12.2 x 1.8 x 1.0 in); blade thickness 2.5 mm (0.10 in). Double-bevel edge set at 15–18 degrees. Country of origin: China.

Construction: an AUS10 core alloyed with molybdenum and vanadium is sandwiched between 18-0 stainless steel to form a multi-layer clad composite. The 45-layer Damascus (22 layers per side around a single core) reveals its signature pattern as the blade is ground, delivering toughness, resistance to bending or breaking, enhanced corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness.
