This device is designed to upgrade the standard audio system of PCs and game consoles such as PS4™/PS5™ or Nintendo Switch™ by simply connecting it.
The Sound BlasterX G6 delivers powerful audio processing for a more realistic and immersive gaming sound experience. It features enhanced bass, clearer sound reproduction, enhanced vocals and dialogue, superior smart volume, and immersive virtual surround sound. The "Scout Mode" highlights ambient sounds in the game, enhancing the enjoyment of FPS and battle royale games by allowing the user to hear subtle in-game movements such as footsteps.
Additionally, the Sound BlasterX G6 supports Dolby Digital decoding of optical digital input and 7.1 multi-channel playback when connected to a Windows PC via USB. It also supports up to 32bit/384kHz high-resolution PCM playback and DSD playback using the DoP (DSD over PCM) method when connected to a PC running Windows 10/11 via USB. The custom-designed "Xamp" high-quality headphone amplifier is suitable for a wide range of headphones, from general gaming headsets to in-ear monitors and studio monitor headphones.
