Dissolve 4 level included scoops (about 28 g) in 300–500 ml of water and drink immediately after mixing. Adjust the amount of water to your taste. For those who feel the volume is too much, dissolve 3 scoops (about 21 g) in 300–500 ml of water. A separate protein shaker makes it easier to mix and enjoy your protein on the go. You can also mix it with sports drinks to take in carbohydrates and minerals at the same time.
