I'm very into original products that you can only find in Japan. Of course you can find your fake on the well known sites which I'm not going to name as that's not the point of my review. But they're actually ugly.
Here I have found my heaven - haven :) ! I bought a black glitter Tamagotchi. I saw on a popular TikTok that they were hard to find. So it's even more precious to me. I bought a Pompompurin (Sanrio) lip balm which I will actually for the cutest packaging. But I will actually use it as the balm itself is really high end quality which I didn't expect.
Next I bought a Sanrio pocket doll. I want to start a Sanrio collection because it reminds me of my childhood and ok because it's cute and popular (thanks to those influencers nowadays). But we don't have that much in Belgium. I bought a box on a cheap site and they were sorry.... appalling : ( . But this one looks like a Sylvanian family doll 😍. The details, packaging and allround look is quality. I would like and will buy some more. Hope they will put more of them on the site!!!
This is one of or maybe the best online shop experience I have had in my life. And boy have I got online shopping experience? (Sadly for my wallet I do).
Shipping was o so fast. I mean if this comes from Japan and I got it this fast? I want to buy stocks from this store.
I even got mails with friendly but not overpowering updates on my order.
Everything comes on the same day and in one box. I even filmed the unboxing on my phone. But I realised I'll need more practice and didn't upload the video. Unboxing videos are not that easy. But anyway, all my products were in the box. The packaging was high quality and carefully done. You don't see it like that anymore.
Conclusion this shop is a dream come through for people who love Japan, original gifts, clothes, food, fashion, high end products, none fake products, artisanal products,... all genuine and good quality.
I read the site will make more improvements so I can't wait for that. But I didn't experience difficulties now anyway so it can only get even better.
O and finally you have you can make a log in for this page and the payment is incredibly safe. I don't know what kind of site or server they use but the shopping experiences is really chill, ambient and customer friendly. It feels like a none pushy and friendly shop keeper helps you. I guess that is because the products are really well described without being too much.
I acknowledge that my review reads overly positive but I really love this store. And I normally don't bother writing reviews. But by doing this I hope this store thrives and grows and brings out more. Then I can buy more as I don't think I'll ever see Japan in real life. At least I can pretend by buying in this - aka my mew favourite - store.
The prices are normal and no extra tax fees were imposed on my package, which honestly I so would have paid anyway if I recount what I got. Japan-Belgium... I was scared but no extra costs came! How fantastic is that?! Something more about the prices: here in Belgium you can find same worth products but with higher prices. And then you don't even have the Sanrio original characters. You also get Sanrio but Pops for which you pay the extra brand fee.
P.S. I also want to marry the owner if he is a man. Ok just kidding.
