I ordered a bunch of products from their website which arrived on time. One product somehow leaked despite proper packaging. i took photos and sent an email to Wafuu Japan. The team was very responsive and accommodating after sending all photos of the product, the team immediately processed a replacement which arrived much faster than expected. Impressive customer service and will definitely recommend and continue to buy more products from wafuu.

Pros: Fast shipping, genuine items, and good price.

Cons: Shipping cost is a little expensive — hope for free shipping on big orders.
